Essential Functions Provide strategic leadership and oversight for large-scale, complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Define project vision, scope, and objectives , collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Lead design and architecture discussions with clients to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. Analyze and document business processes , focusing on future-state improvements and operational efficiency. Advise clients on best practices for Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), user experience, and system architecture. Oversee technical solution design , including Dynamics 365 F&SCM configurations, customizations, integrations, and reporting. Develop and manage project budgets , timelines, and resource allocation to ensure delivery within scope and financial targets. Ensure governance and compliance with project management methodologies and organizational standards. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration , including offshore teams, for development, data migration, integration, and testing. Drive quality assurance through test plan development, system validation, and end-to-end testing. Lead change management and training initiatives , preparing client teams for successful adoption. Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders through regular status meetings, progress reports, and risk management updates. Champion continuous improvement , identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Required Skills and Experience Education : Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in project leadership. Project Management Expertise : Proven experience with PRINCE2, Agile, or similar methodologies; PMP certification preferred. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, sales, and customer service. Leadership Skills : Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. Technical Acumen : Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&SCM and enterprise system architecture. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written skills; professional presence in client-facing roles.
