The Equipment Maintenance Engineer is responsible for checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures to ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.General Responsibilities• Participates in electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process • Assists with the dismantling, adjusting repairs and assembling of equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings • Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts • Coordinates any rebuilds of manufacturing equipment as required.
