A specialized wound care clinic is dedicated to helping patients heal from chronic wounds using advanced treatment techniques. Every patient deserves expert care and a faster recovery, starting with a passionate and detail-oriented team. This role supports our clinical staff by transcribing medical information in real time, updating records and billing data, and managing routine administrative tasks for smooth operations. The responsibilities of this position include: Transcribing patient information into electronic health records in real time. Updating patient billing information and maintaining up-to-date records. Managing routine administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the onsite team. SUPPORTING EFFICIENT CLINICAL OPERATIONS BY MAINTAINING CLEAR, TIMELY COMMUNICATION ACROSS TEAM MEMBERS. Using digital tools like EHR systems and virtual phone line software to support day-to-day tasks. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards for data security and patient confidentiality. Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong understanding and fluency in medical terminology. Experience using medical software systems, Zoom, and virtual phone platforms. Prior experience in the medical field or a formal education background in healthcare. Excellent listening, typing, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting. Benefits Full-time position with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts. Hourly pay: $140.64 - $168.77 MXN/hour (based on experience). Monthly attendance bonus. Paid holidays.
