This role supports our clinical staff by transcribing medical information in real time, updating records and billing data, and managing routine administrative tasks that help ensure smooth clinic operations.Serve as a documentation assistant during clinical visits, transcribing patient information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) in real time.Accurately update patient billing information and maintain up-to-date records.Use a variety of digital tools including Zoom , EHR systems , and virtual phone line software to support day-to-day tasks.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards for data security and patient confidentiality.Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Proven experience using medical software systems , Zoom , and virtual phone platforms .Prior experience in the medical field or a formal education background in healthcare (e.g., medical assistant program, nursing, public health).Excellent listening, typing, and multitasking skills .Full-time: Monday–Friday , with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts.Hourly Pay: $140.64 – $168.77 MXN/hour (based on experience)Paid HolidaysQuarterly Performance-Based BonusesInterested candidates should submit their resume in ENGLISH outlining their experience and availability.
