Clinical Assistant Role Overview This position supports our clinical staff by transcribing medical information, updating records and billing data, and managing routine administrative tasks. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, experience with medical software systems, Zoom, and virtual phone platforms. Key Responsibilities Transcribe patient information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) in real time during clinical visits. Accurately update patient billing information and maintain up-to-date records using digital tools like Zoom, EHR systems, and virtual phone line software. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards for data security and patient confidentiality. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with medical software systems, Zoom, and virtual phone platforms. Prior experience in the medical field or formal education background in healthcare.
