Key Responsibilities: Interpret engineering drawings and product specifications to define container requirements, materials, and safety standards. Communicate design specifications and sample status to Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams. Provide innovative design solutions by identifying issues and aligning with customer needs. Analyze and select packaging materials based on durability and cost-effectiveness. Develop and present sketches, specifications, samples, and written proposals for design approval. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related experience. Strong knowledge of various packaging materials (corrugated, foam, flexible packaging, wood, molded pulp, honeycomb, etc.). Fluent English (verbal and written) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of packaging-related experience. Proficiency in ArtiosCAD is essential. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness and availability to travel. Why Join Us?
