Location: Remote Type: Full-Time / Contract Reports to: Sr Manager; Creator Marketing Role Overview The Affiliate Recruiter & TikTok Creator Chat Manager is responsible for sourcing, activating, and managing creators within TikTok Shop affiliate programs. This role focuses on high-volume outreach, creator onboarding, ongoing creator communication through TikTok’s Creator Chat, and maintaining a healthy, responsive affiliate funnel that converts creators into active revenue drivers. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who understands creator behavior, TikTok Shop mechanics, and affiliate sales dynamics. Key Responsibilities Affiliate & Creator Recruiting Identify, source, and recruit TikTok creators and affiliates aligned with brand and product goals Execute daily outbound outreach via TikTok, email, affiliate platforms, and Creator Marketplace Pitch affiliate programs clearly, including commission structure, incentives, and content expectations Track outreach volume, response rates, approvals, and conversions through internal trackers or CRM tools Prioritize creators by tier (VIP, mid-tier, test cohort) and performance potential Creator Chat Management (TikTok Shop) Manage TikTok Creator Chat(s) as the primary communication hub for affiliates Respond to creator questions on commissions, links, product eligibility, posting guidelines, and timelines Share clear weekly updates including: Promotional windows Commission boosts Content prompts and posting urges Performance callouts and wins Moderate chats to ensure professionalism, accuracy, and brand alignment Flag escalations related to payouts, violations, or tech issues to internal leads Creator Activation & Retention Drive creator activation post-approval (first post, first sale, or first LIVE) Identify inactive or low-output creators and re-engage with targeted prompts Encourage content consistency (video volume, LIVE participation, trend adoption) Support performance-based creator tiers and incentive structures Program Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate records for: Approved creators Active sellers GMV-driving affiliates Track creator funnel health (recruit to approved to active to selling) Share weekly insights on: Recruiting velocity Chat engagement Activation conversion rates Ensure creator-facing information is accurate and aligned with internal strategy Success Metrics & KPIs Number of creators recruited per week/month Approval-to-activation conversion rate Creators posting content per week Creators driving GMV Responsiveness and engagement in Creator Chat Reduction in creator confusion or repeat questions Required Qualifications Experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing (TikTok preferred) Direct familiarity with TikTok Shop or affiliate platforms Strong written communication skills with a creator friendly tone Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume creator messages Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
