Design Solutions Specialist The role of the Design Solutions Specialist is to create detailed designs for delivery station layouts. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complete and approved design sets. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Develop detailed designs of delivery station layouts based on current standards and future design initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, external architects, and operational stakeholders to deliver complete and approved design sets. Stakeholder Engagement: Review and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, drawings, elevations, and floorplans to address design-related inquiries. Quality Assurance: Support the quality control process by participating in peer reviews, following design checklists and standards, and incorporating feedback from engineers to ensure high-quality outputs. Project Execution: Deliver new designs, updates, expansions, and retrofits that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity at delivery stations. Process Improvement: Implement new design templates, protocols, and process improvements into standard design practices.
