Customer Support Specialist We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations for mission-critical financial systems. You will be responsible for leading the lifecycle of client-reported issues from replication and investigation to resolution and patch scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Lead the lifecycle of client-reported issues including replication, investigation, resolution, and patch scheduling. Provide expert advice on the use and configuration of Calypso products directly to clients. Collaborate with engineering, QA, product management, and professional services to drive solutions. Manage client replication environments in the Nasdaq support lab, including upgrades and maintenance. Advocate for product enhancements and contribute to tools and processes that improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in IT/Finance systems support or QA roles. Proven ability to work in critical business application environments and deliver client-facing solutions. Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with tools and technologies such as SQL, JIRA, system configuration, log analysis, coding, and advanced Excel. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Risk Management, Market Risk & VaR, Credit Exposure Limits, and Compliance. Experience in capital markets or regulated financial environments.
