Short Description: Equip-Test is seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join it’s team. The role involves managing sales processes, achieving end-to-end sales objectives, engaging with leads and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This position requires strong organizational skills, administrative acumen, resilience, autonomy and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities: · Conduct high volumes of outbound cold (80%) and warm (20%) calls daily to generate new leads, qualify prospects and sales. · Proactively source and identify potential customers through online research, business directories, and inbound lead follow-ups. · Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by nurturing relationships and scheduling follow-up calls. · Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches effectively. · Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM systems for effective account management. · Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. · Perform effective virtual product demos or presentations to engage prospects and showcase solutions. · Coordinate with the field sales team to route qualified leads for further development and closure. · Ensure compliance with company policies, including finance, legal, and sales procedures. Skills and Requirements: 2 / 2 · Advanced level English language skills is a must. · Highly resilient and persistent attitude · Strong verbal and written communication abilities · Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team · Experience with MS Office tools. · Additional other language knowledge is an advantage.
