You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with production plans, managing the team, resources, and quality to optimize efficiency, control costs, and resolve issues. Responsibilities: Monitor the production sequence to ensure customer orders are manufactured on time and made available in the shipping area for delivery to the customer. Maintain constant communication with internal and external customers to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide support in the cleanup and maintenance of work orders so that requirements are correctly reflected in the JDE, CTB & S&D systems. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to define customer priorities and execute the production plan. Communicate results, progress, and statistics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience with SAP, JDE, and QAD. APICS certification is a plus. Bilingual – Required. Knowledge of planning and evaluation processes, planning methodologies, and KPI management. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, ability to work under shifting priorities, decision-making, results orientation, analytical and time-management abilities, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
