As a key member of our team, your primary goal will be to support daily AP activities, resolving escalations with local teams and the global center. Your Mission: Key Responsibilities Oversee daily AP operations by supporting day-to-day tasks, handling inquiries and emergency payments with the global team. Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, identifying trends, root causes, and implementing remediation actions to optimize processes. Conduct Performance Analytics, analyzing reports and KPIs, documenting variances and providing commentary for metrics outside the service level agreement. Resolve Local Issues by collaborating with local teams to address potential issues efficiently. Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field. 3+ years in Financial areas, such as Source to Pay, Accounting, and/or Credit to Cash. SAP and Google Suite management experience. Previous project management experience. Advanced English level. Boost Your Career: Preferred Qualifications Intermediate-Advanced Portuguese level.
