The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of advanced control systems, audits, and corporate policies to minimize losses, theft, and material damage. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enforcing physical and operational security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Asset Management: Supervise the management, traceability, and protection of all company assets (equipment, tools, materials, and logistics resources). Loss Prevention Strategies: Design and implement Asset Management and Asset Protection strategies focused on minimizing losses, theft, and material damage. Inventory Control: Control the entry and exit of materials, ensuring proper documentation and traceability within digital systems. Real-time Tracking: Create and manage QR code labels for real-time tracking and control of company assets. Audits and Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct periodic audits and inventory reconciliations, verifying the existence, condition, and depreciation of assets. Security Protocols: Enforce physical and operational security protocols in compliance with corporate policies. Training and Development: Supervise and train both internal and external security personnel in asset control and loss prevention procedures. Incident Response: Perform real-time operational monitoring through CCTV, alarms, and digital patrol systems to detect and report incidents. Investigations and Corrective Actions: Investigate losses or irregularities and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
