Proposito General: The NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager is responsible for coordinating the introduction of new products and processes into the manufacturing plant. The engineer works closely with cross-functional teams—including quality, design, maintenance, testing, manufacturing, and planning—to meet product launch deadlines. Additionally, the NPI Engineer acts as the primary liaison between the manufacturing site and global teams to facilitate information exchange and effective follow-up on NPI activities.
