WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Commodity and Sourcing Manager Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration, or related field. •Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commodities, sourcing and Supply Chain. •Experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1) for more than 5 years. •Strong negotiation skills with domestic and international suppliers and customers. •Knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred). •Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities. •Highly analytical and 100% data-driven profile. •Deep understanding of product cost structures. •Proven experience in new sourcing strategies and aggressive cost-reduction initiatives. •Experience leading transformation or turnaround in Purchasing departments. •Extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. •Strong management capabilities in product knowledge, commodity management, and supplier management. Job Objective: Strategic Responsibilities •Coordinate Purchasing functions across multiple commodities. •Develop and implement sourcing strategies to guarantee operational continuity and achieve cost-saving targets. •Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers, including technical and quality assessments. •Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and service. •Analyze the supply chain to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. •Monitor supplier performance and key performance indicators. Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team, promoting collaboration and a continuous-improvement mindset.
