GENERAL DESCRIPTION Plans and coordinates various employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, uniform distribution, and employee orientation, among others. Organizes sports and social events held by the company to promote employee engagement. Negotiates with suppliers to obtain better pricing and service quality. Reports to the Human Resources Manager and the Plant Manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the recruitment process for both direct and indirect personnel. Responsible for tracking turnover and absenteeism metrics. Manages the company’s work environment by conducting employee surveys. Attends and provides guidance to production floor personnel regarding employee concerns, administrative sanctions, and any omissions or non-compliance with disciplinary measures based on internal regulations. Schedules training for new hires, supervisors, executives, and other company staff. Oversees the employee events program. Works jointly with Management to determine workforce requirements based on operational and administrative needs. Provides daily support on the production floor and during Gemba walks. Monitors and maintains audits. Manages various employee services: transportation, major medical insurance, cafeteria service, and cleaning. Responsible for the Ethics Code System (EICC). JOB PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in recruitment. Knowledge of labor legislation. Knowledge of turnover and absenteeism metrics. Experience in motivation programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Tress system. Strong teamwork skills. 90% English proficiency. Availability to work a 3x4 shift, from 6 pm to 6 am, Monday to Thursday. DESCRIPCIÓN GENERICA. Planea y coordina servicios diversos al personal como son el comedor, transporte, distribución de uniformes, y orientación, etc. Organiza eventos deportivos y sociales que la empresa realiza para fomentar la integración del personal. Negocia con proveedores para lograr mejores precios y calidad de los servicios. Reporta al Gerente de Recursos Humanos y al gerente de planta. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO 1. Asistencia del proceso de reclutamiento tanto para personal directo e indirecto. 2. Encargado de dar seguimiento a los métricos de rotación y ausentismo. 3. Se encarga del ambiente laboral de la empresa, realizando encuestas a los trabajadores. 4. Atiende y orienta al personal de los frentes de producción, inconformidades del personal, sanciones administrativas y cualquier omisión por incumplimiento de las medidas disciplinarias en base a los reglamentos internos establecidos. 5. Programa la capacitación a cursos de nuevo ingreso, supervisores, ejecutivos y demás colaboradores de la compañía. 6. Lleva el programa de eventos para los empleados. 7. Realiza en forma conjunta con Gerencia el número de la plantilla de personal, en base a lo requerido por las necesidades operativas y administrativas. 8. Asistencia diaria a piso de producción y Gembas. 9. Monitoreo y mantenimiento de auditorias 10. Manejo de los diferentes servicios otorgados a los empleados: transporte, gastos médicos mayores, servicio de comedor, limpieza. 11. Responsable del sistema de código de ética (EICC).
