Job Description

The Procurement Analyst is a key part of the International Procurement Office (IPO) group which provides worldwide support on the objectives of the Category Managers/Leaders around: Cost Management, Category Strategy, Localization and/or Best Cost Countries Sourcing, Risk mitigation, Plant support and Supplier Performance Management. Role Responsibilities: Update procurement systems and ensure all data is accurate and current. Prepare and generate reports for spend analysis, supplier performance, and category reviews. Support cost-management initiatives by collecting data, identifying savings opportunities, and tracking progress. Assist in supplier management activities, such as onboarding, performance monitoring, and communication follow-ups. Participate in risk-mitigation tasks, including identifying potential supply risks and supporting contingency plans. Provide operational support to the plant, such as resolving purchasing issues, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Collaborate with Category Managers on sourcing activities, negotiations, and strategy development. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position. Fluent or advanced level of English. Preferred Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Oracle management systems.
