About the role As a Demand Analyst, you will be responsible for developing accurate customer demand forecasts that support business planning and decision‑making across regions and product categories. By analyzing historical sales trends, identifying demand drivers, and applying statistical models, you will provide mid‑ and long‑term projections aligned with the S&OP calendar. Working closely with Demand Partners and Sales Leads, you will deliver insights that improve forecast accuracy, optimize portfolios, and guide supply network planning, ensuring commercial strategies are supported by reliable, data‑driven information. Key responsibilities Develop 3rd Party Customer Demand baseline forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation Produce mid-term (4–12 months) and long-term (12–24 months) forecasts for Demand Partners Collaborate with regional Demand Partners to ensure accurate and timely forecasts aligned with the S&OP calendar Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement Conduct root cause analysis and propose algorithm enhancements Cleanse and update sales history and system forecasts (including CVC and satellite systems) Prepare data and materials for S&OP demand reviews and executive meetings Generate portfolio optimization insights to support SKU rationalization and portfolio reviews Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field 1–2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or data analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel Advanced English communication skills Knowledge and application of statistical models
