We are looking for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role in our accounting department. Job Description This position will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy of financial transactions under Mexican GAAP and internal company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounting and tax operations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be proficient in Excel and comfortable communicating in English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Ensure accuracy of financial transactions under Mexican GAAP and internal company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications To be considered for this position, the following qualifications must be met: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing industry preferred). Familiarity or experience with IMMEX / Maquiladora operations is a strong plus. Experience with SAT filings, CONTPAQi, or SAP is desirable. Proficient in Excel and comfortable communicating in English and Spanish. About the Role This role will be based in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico, and will involve working closely with our international finance team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.
