In this context, the Contract Management Analyst plays a critical role in turning contracts and subcontracts into a daily operating system for project execution.Role DescriptionProvide direct support to the Contract Management Manager in the administration and control of project contracts, with emphasis on:contractual obligations trackingchange management discipline (VOs / Change Orders)documentation governance and evidence controlrisk visibility and reportingKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the contract obligations matrix: deliverables, milestones, approvals, guarantees, insurances, penalties, payments and close-out items.Manage the Change Order / Variation log: registration, documentation support, tracking of status, approvals and commercial impacts.Administer contractual correspondence: meeting minutes, letters, notices, formal communications, reservations of rights, and version control.Support preliminary contractual analyses: scope interpretation, risk identification, notification requirements and impact timelines.Prepare executive reports for project and management: contractual risks, open variations, exposure, critical items and required actions.Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Cost Control, Finance and Legal to consolidate information and documentation.Assist in claims prevention and development (when applicable): timelines, evidence compilation, preliminary quantification and file structuring.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.1–3 years of experience in project environments (EPC, construction, energy, infrastructure or industrial preferred) in roles such as contracts, PMO, planning, cost control, commercial or process improvement.Strong Excel skills (matrices, trackers, control logs).Desirable: MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint/Aconex or similar document management systems.Strong organizational and documentation discipline (versions, evidence, traceability).Intermediate to advanced English (vendors, documentation, correspondence).Ideal Candidate ProfileStructured, analytical and fast learner.Strong follow-through: drives action items to closure.Clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple priorities.Process-oriented mindset: brings order, control and clarity to complex environments.Thrives in project-driven cultures where value comes from execution, not from “activity for activity’s sake.”What We OfferReal growth path within Contract Management (toward Coordinator/Specialist).Exposure to high-impact EPC projects.Competitive compensation
