Key Responsibilities:Our ideal candidate will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring seamless receipt, movement, and dispatch of goods. They will also be responsible for analyzing transaction accuracy, resolving any discrepancies, and refining key performance indicators (KPI).The successful candidate must have a strong background in supply chain management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to effectively manage resources, including manpower and space, to optimize warehouse efficiency.In addition, they will be required to track and monitor inventory levels, order necessary supplies, and continuously improve processes to ensure the highest level of service. They will also be responsible for managing the performance of team members, executing company policies, and tracking expenses.Requirements:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who meets the following requirements:High School graduate with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environmentFlexibility to work night shifts when requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointA degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain management is an assetExperience with Oracle/ERP systems is a plus
