Apply Industrial Engineering principles and methodologies to support lean production. Plan and coordinate new product pilot runs to ensure smooth transition into mass production. Arrange and optimize workstation allocation for efficiency. Conduct time studies and work measurement to improve productivity. Design and improve production layouts. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Bachelor's degree or higher. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). 2–5 years of experience in lean production within the electronics industry. Familiar with the IE Seven Basic Tools/Methods.
