Job Description The ideal candidate for this role will lead all efforts to increase brand visibility and drive measurable client acquisition. This person will create full-funnel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms. This is an onsite position with a professional office environment. We are seeking an analytical and creative expert who thrives on performance metrics but isn't afraid to get in the trenches to personally optimize a campaign or audit ad platforms. Main Responsibilities Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with firm goals. Oversee both brand-building and lead generation initiatives across all media channels. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Own key KPIs including CAC, ROI, LTV, and CPL. Continuously test and optimize campaigns using various analytics tools. Campaign Management and Execution Launch and manage campaigns directly using multiple advertising platforms. Create and test copy, creatives, and funnels with agility and insight. Team Leadership Lead internal marketing teams and external partners/agencies. Set performance goals and provide mentorship, feedback, and direction. Content and Brand Oversight Guide development of creative assets, branding strategies, and content roadmaps. Align messaging across digital, traditional, and sales enablement materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with various teams to ensure alignment of marketing with business outcomes. Decision Making Monitor KPIs through dashboards and lead with insights. Requirements 10+ years of marketing leadership experience. Proven track record of full-cycle campaign success across both traditional and digital channels. Advanced knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRM/email automation, lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and performance marketing. Expertise in multiple advertising platforms and analytics tools. Automation experience using Zapier. Strong command of performance metrics and dashboarding tools. Ability to work autonomously and execute campaigns directly. Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Prioritizations Familiarity with California legal advertising regulations. Experience marketing in a personal injury or BPO firm. Competency in A/B testing, copywriting, and creative direction.
