Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager This role oversees the efficient operation of production processes, ensuring high-quality products are manufactured under safe working conditions and in compliance with established standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, corporate initiatives, and process transfers from other plants to our facility. They will also oversee the Maintenance Department, guaranteeing equipment and infrastructure availability, reliability, and optimal performance for productive operations. Define strategies to maintain all production equipment available and operational. Establish and monitor headcount requirements to meet New Product Introduction (NPI) implementations. Prioritize resources to implement projects, process transfers, and improvement initiatives. Ensure full compliance with applicable standards and procedures under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000, ISO 18000, and ISO 28000. Develop personnel competencies to perform implemented changes safely and with focus on product quality and on-time delivery. Authorize departmental activities required to prevent operational risks, ensure product quality, and meet delivery commitments. Promote a strong safety culture by actively participating in initiatives that enhance working conditions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field). Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, or at least 2–3 years in a leadership position within manufacturing. Proven expertise in manufacturing processes, including process optimization, plant layout, machining, and automation. Knowledge and experience with quality systems and industrial standards (ISO). Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Demonstrated experience in budget management. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred. Strategic and motivational leadership style. Effective communication at all organizational levels. Data analysis, metric interpretation, and proactive action orientation.
