About the Role Delivery Station Manager Jr supports the last‑mile operations within a delivery station. The role manages a +20 hourly team, safety metrics, attrition, payroll, shifts, vacations, overtime and AMZL OPS metrics such as delivery efficiency, route count and cost per shipment. It also supports purchasing tools, services and consumables for the station and engages with internal teams to launch new stations and delivery models. Key Job Responsibilities Create balance between “Work hard” and “Have fun” with associates under scope Ensure the team execution to accomplish the business goals Support process improvement activities associated with process inefficiencies and/or new functions not currently performed in day‑to‑day operations Process mapping activities Assist in the development, documentation, deployment and monitoring of key business processes that support internal AMZL Mexico processes Follow up the KPIs of operations within the delivery station Actively support and promote organizational change Conduct deep analysis of KPIs Support the ACES team, customer service or other upcoming goals Measure drivers’ performance, discipline and customer experience service Internal audits execution Support and participate in quality initiatives, process change initiatives and assist the business to achieve year‑on‑year improvements within its operating plan Implement change and/or develop new processes as required to better serve Amazon customers, focusing on reducing cost Implement and develop the delivery stations workflow and metrics according to the standard work and book of processes Qualifications & Work Requirements Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays; Able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required High school diploma 1 year of experience – Experience analyzing numerical data points Inclusive Culture Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
