Software Quality Analyst & Product Strategy | Business-Oriented QA Professional Remote – Mexico Full-time | Permanent We are hiring a Software Quality Analyst Engineer to support the deployment, testing, and validation of custom and commercial software applications. This remote role bridges the gap between development and customer-facing teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery and smooth implementation. Collaborate with internal business analysts and end users to define, test, and validate custom software features and ERP integrations. Coordinate software testing efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between client expectations and technical delivery. Act as a liaison between developers and customers to ensure product usability, quality, and alignment with business needs. Deploy and validate custom reports and functionalities based on client specifications, ensuring they meet operational and commercial goals. Schedule follow-ups with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product improvements, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements before deployment of custom code. Support CI/CD pipeline processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product and implementation teams. ✅ Requirements 2–3 years of experience in software QA, test automation, or implementation coordination, ideally in a business-facing environment. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java; experience with tools like PyTest, JUnit, or Selenium. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Experience working remotely and independently, with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Nice to Have : Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. Background in Business Analytics or Development QC. International experience (Mexico, USA). Understanding of ERP systems and software commercialization. Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. Occasional meetings with PST-based team members. Compensation : Payroll (Nomina): 36,000 – 45,000 MXN/month Direct Contractor: 45,000 – 57,000 MXN/month Final offer will be based on experience, technical proficiency, and interview performance.
