The Role We’re hiring a Compliance & Invoicing Operations Specialist – LATAM to help keep our partner ecosystem compliant and our billing/invoicing process clean and accurate. You’ll primarily support creative compliance + traffic monitoring and invoice operations, and you’ll also jump in on general technical/account setup support when we need extra hands. This is a great role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable enforcing standards with partners—while keeping internal workflows tight. What You’ll Do Compliance (Creative + Traffic Monitoring) Review and approve publisher-submitted creatives (especially social and email) before they go live Monitor live traffic across channels (Social, Email, Display/Native/Path, Listicle/Advertorial/Linkout) to ensure compliance and brand-safe messaging Verify required items for social partners (ex: Ad Library links) and confirm only approved creatives are in use Review email live proofs prior to launch (links/CTAs, unsubscribe compliance, sender/domain legitimacy, physical address, etc.) Document decisions and violations clearly, communicate required fixes, and escalate repeat/high-risk issues to the appropriate internal owner Audits + Documentation Maintain compliance logs (creative approvals, incidents, outreach, and monthly summaries) Support recurring audits (weekly checks + monthly channel reviews) Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements (templates, checklists, rules, automation ideas) Invoicing + Billing Support Support invoice creation, validation, and reconciliation Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing-related questions with internal teams/partners Partner with finance to keep records accurate and reporting clean Technical / Account Setup Support (As Needed) Help with basic partner/client account setup in internal tools (CRM, billing platform, ticketing tools, affiliate systems) Provide first-line troubleshooting for common issues and escalate more complex items with clear context What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in operations, compliance, billing/invoicing support, technical ops, or customer/partner support Strong attention to detail and comfort managing workflows, logs, and follow-ups Clear communicator who can enforce standards professionally (and consistently) Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Spanish and English Bonus Points Affiliate marketing / lead gen / performance marketing exposure Familiarity with creative review, traffic monitoring, or email compliance workflows Experience with CRMs, billing tools, ticketing systems Basic technical comfort (tracking links, integrations, troubleshooting) Why Join Property Leads? 100% remote High-growth company with real ownership and impact Results-driven culture—no micromanagement Cross-functional exposure (compliance, invoicing, ops, support) 401k and healthcare benefits starting 1/1/2026
