Regional HR Specialist – People Support Hub (Americas) Location: Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina Team: People Support Hub (PSH), AMER | Work Model: Within country, AMER hours About the Role Join our centralized HR operations team delivering standardized, global processes across the Americas. You'll focus on ticket resolution and HR system transactions with clear SLAs, quality checks, and opportunities to optimize and automate. What you'll do Manage HR tickets (~70%): triage, resolve, and close requests in line with SLAs; maintain accurate documentation and status. Run HR transactions in SuccessFactors/Employee Central: hiring actions, onboarding data, contract drafting, record updates, and lifecycle changes. Support Talent Acquisition operations: post jobs, coordinate screenings/interviews, and ensure seamless hiring actions in SF. Enable self‐service: guide employees and managers to knowledge articles and self‐service paths; clarify cases via brief conversations when needed. Improve how we work: spot opportunities for automation/digitalization, update SOPs/knowledge base, and help standardize PSH processes. Collaborate across HR: partner with TA Services, HRIS, Reward, Payroll, and local HR teams to complete AMER activities within the global model. Protect data & compliance: follow governance, privacy, and audit requirements. What will help you succeed A systematic, organized approach with strong attention to detail. Comfort working in fast‐paced, global environments and communicating clearly in writing. Passion for operational excellence, process discipline, and technology‐enabled solutions. Requirements 3–5 years in HR operations/shared services or similar administrative roles. Advanced English; Spanish required. Portuguese for ticket handling is desirable. Hands‐on experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and HR lifecycle actions. Experience with ticketing workflows; Zendesk experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. Relevant education (Business Administration, Human Resources) or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Americas Region HR practices and operating within a global process framework. Nice to Have SuccessFactors employee central system management experience. Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement. SOP/knowledge base maintenance and data quality controls.
