These updates need to be consistent with the stringent MLR guidelines and specifications (Medical- Legal-Regulatory). As a Scientific Writer Senior Associate, you will shape high‑impact promotional and medico‑marketing content across websites, social media, email, brochures, banners, and digital campaigns, grounded in the latest clinical evidence and aligned with brand strategy. You will lead timely revisions tied to Important Safety Information and Prescribing Information, uphold Medical-Legal-Regulatory standards, and champion modular content that scales across channels. Working closely with creative, editorial, and regulatory partners in India, the United States, Ireland, and Mexico, you will streamline content workflows, mentor junior writers, and raise the bar on quality-so together we can make science accessible, accurate, and engaging for more people. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and review scientifically accurate, engaging promotional materials for multiple digital and print platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and approved product positioning. Identify opportunities to repurpose scientific content for diverse audiences and channels. Monitor label updates and revise promotional assets promptly and accurately. Collaborate with editorial, creative, and regulatory teams to maintain compliance with approved labels. Mentor junior writers on commercial writing, label integration, and compliance standards. Maintain checklists to ensure consistency and quality across all updated materials. Essential RequirementsAdvanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a closely related discipline. Three to five years of scientific writing focused on promotional materials and label updates. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, compliant promotional communications, and clinical data interpretation. Proficiency with content review systems and applicable industry codes and standards. Excellent written and spoken communication; thrive across cross‑functional teams with rigorous attention to deadlines.
