Injection Molding Expert We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injection Molding Expert to join our team. As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of injection molding processes in our manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a passion for process optimization and leadership. You will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, tooling, design engineering, and EHS teams to guarantee safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality molding operations. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your expertise to develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the manufacturing process. Drive troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex molding issues and optimize equipment performance. Develop and maintain processing sheets, machine recipes, and molding specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy. Promote a culture of problem-solving, ownership, and accountability among team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in injection molding, preferably in automotive or highly regulated industries. Expert-level knowledge of ENGEL injection molding machines, including operation, setup, troubleshooting, and optimization. Demonstrated ability to operate and optimize injection molding machines, ideally ENGEL. Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong English communication skills (B2–C1)—verbal and written.
