Project Description:We have an ambitious goal to migrate a legacy system written in HLASM (High-Level Assembler) from the mainframe to a cloud-based Java environment for one of the largest banks in the USA.We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior QA Engineer to work closely with the QA Lead and another QA. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, as well as executing a comprehensive range of testing activities (Functional, Non-Functional, Integration, Data Migration).Responsibilities:- Perform and oversee testing across multiple domains: - Functional - Non-Functional - Integration - Data Migration - Drive innovation in testing processes and tools.Mandatory Skills Description:- 8+ years as a QA Engineer with a focus on automationProven track record of creating QA automation frameworks from scratch- Advanced proficiency in Java- Strong understanding of test approaches and methodologies- Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST API testing- Familiarity with both manual and automated software testing methodologies and tools- Familiarity with batch processing- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and toolsLanguages:- English: B2 Upper Intermediate
