Responsibilities: 1.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding documentation. 2.Coordinate hiring needs with department managers, ensuring accurate job requirements, timely candidate pipelines, and effective recruitment strategies for different position levels. 3.Maintain recruitment channels, such as job boards, agencies and social media platforms, while analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. 4.Administer the onboarding process, including physicial examination, orientation scheduling, new-hire documentation, and ensuring smooth integration of employees into the company. 5.Develop and deliver training programs, including annual training plans, compliance training and tracking training effectiveness. 6.Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including completion tracking, training evaluations, and audit documentation. 7.Handle employee relations matters, including receiving, documenting, and resolving employee complaints, supporting workplace investigations, and assisting in conflict-resolution initiatives. 7.Assist with HR administrative activities, including updating employee information and providing data reports as required. Qualifications: 1.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, training, or general HR functions. 2.English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication, including reading, writing, and meetings. 3.Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 4.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
