Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical recruitment for diverse IT roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of local talent markets, and experience working with global teams. Mandatory Skills 4–8 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in Mexico. Strong knowledge of Boolean search strings , sourcing strategies, and social recruiting. Experience hiring for roles like Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, and Project Managers . Familiarity with Spanish and English communication for global coordination. Proficiency in ATS tools , LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards. Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS) and client interaction. Experience in high-volume hiring and niche skill sourcing. Key Responsibilities Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (contract and permanent). Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies. Source candidates via Boolean searches , LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit; coordinate interviews and feedback.
