The Role: This is aclient facingrole and requires the ability to manage the client's needs through the whole project life cycle of high-profile, high-volume, fast turnaround omni-channel campaigns. The person we are seeking will need excellent English and have experience of working on cross media campaigns including digital, video, print & OOH. The Project Manager will oversee multiple brands simultaneously, engaging with stakeholders at various levels. Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of global omni-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless localization and adaptation through to delivery. Manage all relevant aspects of receiving and deciphering client media plans, creating estimates, briefing resource (internal and external) through to final delivery (delivery platforms, media agencies, ftp, box) Lead the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of creative, clearly communicating and resolving issues that may arise. Brief our internal studios on project requirements and ensure schedules are adhered to; provide clear and concise planning and communication to all involved teams & stakeholders. Ensure all creative work is built to spec and adheres to brand guidelines Anticipate, obtain, and communicate feedback and work with internal teams to adjust/respond to feedback. Experience managing production and assets for multiple languages and countries. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables. Proven success building solid client/partner relationships and managing stakeholder expectations. Client brief, cross-agency meetings, coordination, estimates, budget tracking, reconciliations and invoices Keeping internal project management systems and WIP trackers up to date Regular financial reporting to the Senior Production Director North America, and Global Head of Content Studios. Encouraging business growth by spotting opportunities and supporting with upselling our services. About you You are ideally coming from a creative and/or production agency and have a strong background in Digital, Video, Print and OOH. You are experienced in delivering high-volume, fast turnaround campaigns for international brands, focused on localization. You are confident in challenging assumptions, and you can clearly articulate solutions. You have a can-do attitude and excellent communication and leadership skills, and you are comfortable in showing them adopting this approach with all clients, partners, and your colleagues. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and you are a proactive problem solver. You are commercially minded and pro-actively seek opportunities to present ideas and solutions to clients to expand the breadth of the given brief and or identify additional service opportunities. General: Must have excellent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate. Effectively with global colleagues, international clients and stakeholders. Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Experience with Project Management technology/tools (such as Frame, Airtable, Smartsheets, Slack, Teams, Asana) is very welcome. Good presentation skills.
