Clients can reach out to us anytime at Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in MTY, for a Gerente Comercial y Operativo (Commercial and Operations Manager). In this role, the professional will oversee and optimize business operations, develop and execute commercial strategies, manage client relationships, ensure service delivery meets quality assurance standards, and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills Experience in commercial strategy development, business development, and market analysis Operational and project management expertise, with a focus on quality assurance services Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus Proficiency in office and data management tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous Knowledge of quality assurance processes, supply chain management, and operations within manufacturing or service industries, industrial engineering, mechatronics, AGV, automation concept, project management, familiar with installation and after-sales and have network various industries.
