Through our two business segments, Acuity Brands Lighting and Lighting Controls (ABL) and the Intelligent Spaces Group (ISG), we design, manufacture, and bring to market products and services that make a valuable difference in people’s lives.You may utilize this posting to upload your resume and information.**Job Summary**:The Test Engineering role is a position that is responsible to develop, validate and make the organization follow procedures and software’s to assure the product meet specifications, also Test Engineer must be focus in improve End Of Line Tester Yield (EOL) working together with Quality Engineer, Process Engineer and Manufacturing Cells, It’s responsible to assure that any New Product Introduction is validated vs Test Spec and launched accordingly timing defined and development of Cost Reduction Projects Initiatives.**Key Tasks & Responsabilities**:- EOL Tester Time Out Reduction.- Improve End of Line Yield Testers.- Development of Maintenance Routines.- End of Line Tester Procedures development- Lead Cost Reduction Projects.- Improvement / Automate current EOL Tester and devices.- Optimization of Tester Routing Sequence to improve productivity.- Improve Traceability protocol to update parameters database.- Support and work with Focus Factory Manager to assure New Products meet with Product Specification.- Improve / Maintain 5’S on EOL Tester Area.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree- 2 years of experience in similar roles- Fluent in EnglishWe value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
