Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a creative director to join our team.As our creative head, you will own the production of content for use in advertising and on-site.We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 6 years of work experience. Structure relevant contracts and hold them accountable to performance targets.- Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives.- Use data gleaned from sources like Rockerbox, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, etc to optimize performance across our creatives.- Work with our marketing team to come up with new creative concepts and ideas.- Help our executive team allocate resources and capital during our quarterly and annual offsites.**Requirements**:- Onsite at our facility in Monterrey, MX.- Fluent in English & Spanish.- Experience with performance creative, or creative for DTC/eCommerce specifically is a massive asset.- You are intimately familiar with the tactical side of producing excellent creative across a variety of mediums. This means you understand what it takes to produce excellent photography for eCommerce catalogs, performance creative for paid media on YouTube, and more.- A deep understanding of how to interpret digital advertising performance. You know what phrases like thumbstop, CTR, CVR, and CPC mean.- Experience managing and building high performing teams.- Are able to provide references as requested. This removes ambiguity around wondering if you’re doing a good job after you start.- Initial soft interview, then a long-form live technical interview with the appropriate department.
