Position Title:Analista de Compras (Procurement Analyst) (Procurement Specialist) (Buyer -Comprador-) Location:Guadalajara Jalisco Language:Advanced English Pay Band:1BROLE OVERVIEW This position Analyst Procurement Services is responsible for the transactional work to support the procurement of raw material. This includes PR/PO conversion, follow-up with supplier to ensure on-time delivery and clearing of any issues to ensure payments are made accurately and on-time.Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected: SAP PO creation, maintenance and PO management for raw materials with back-up responsibility for other global regions.Vendor Master Management.Regular issue resolution, SAP workflow and GR/IR discrepancy with back-up responsibility for other global regions.Regular reports – Open Order reports, GRIR reports, PO changes, etc. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: General knowledge of SAP S4 and Microsoft Office.Strong critical thinking required.Excellent English language communication skills – verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Experience & Education: Degree or equivalent work-related experience.Minimum 3–5 years in similar buyer/purchasing role. #LI-GB1
