Together, we serve guests and homeowners who expect high-touch service, strong returns, and thoughtful, local-driven marketing and operations.Role Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for growing our portfolio of professionally managed vacation homes by presenting and selling Naya Homes & Big Bear Vacations’ property management services to homeowners in assigned markets. This role blends outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and local market networking. The Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle—from first contact through signed agreement—while building strong, trust-based relationships with homeowners and referral partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOwner Acquisition & Sales: Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective homeowners through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, referrals, and local networking. Present Naya Homes & Big Bear Vacations’ property management services in a clear, compelling, and consultative way tailored to each owner’s goals. Qualify leads, understand homeowner needs and investment objectives, and propose appropriate management solutions. Guide prospects through each stage of the sales process, including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, follow-up communications, and management agreements. Meet or exceed individual sales targets for new homes added to the portfolio.Market Development & Networking: Research and stay current on local vacation rental markets, competitor offerings, and relevant regulations. Develop and maintain a strong referral network of real estate agents, brokers, developers, HOAs, and other industry partners. Represent Naya Homes & Big Bear Vacations at local events, industry functions, and community activities to build brand awareness and generate leads. Maintain long-term relationships with homeowners and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.Process, Tools & Collaboration: Log and track all sales activities, communications, and pipeline stages in the company CRM with accurate, up-to-date information. Collaborate closely with Operations, Owner Relations, Onboarding, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff from signed contract to active property. Provide feedback from the field to help refine pricing, service offerings, and marketing messages for both markets. Participate in regular sales meetings to report on progress, share insights, and align on strategy and goals.Travel & Working Conditions: Work primarily from a home office environment using phone, video conferencing, and digital tools for outreach and follow-up. Travel as needed within assigned markets (e.g., Puerto Vallarta region and/or Southern California feeder or partner markets) to meet with homeowners and real estate partners.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in vacation rentals, hospitality, real estate, or property management. Demonstrated success managing a structured sales pipeline and closing new business. Comfortable with high-volume outreach, including calls, emails, and in-person visits. Experience using CRM systems and cloud-based productivity tools (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). Knowledge of vacation rental dynamics, homeowner expectations, and property management models is strongly preferred. Ability and willingness to travel within assigned markets as needed.Skills & Competencies: Consultative Selling: Able to understand homeowner financial and lifestyle goals and present solutions that align with those objectives.
