You’ll focus onticket resolutionandHR system transactionswith clear SLAs, quality checks, and opportunities tooptimize and automate.What you’ll do Manage HR tickets (~70%): triage, resolve, and close requests in line with SLAs; maintain accurate documentation and status. Run HR transactions in SuccessFactors/Employee Central: hiring actions, onboarding data, contract drafting, record updates, and lifecycle changes. Support Talent Acquisition operations: post jobs, coordinate screenings/interviews, and ensure seamless hiring actions in SF. Enable self‑service: guide employees and managers to knowledge articles and self‑service paths; clarify cases via brief conversations when needed. Improve how we work: spot opportunities forautomation/digitalization, update SOPs/knowledge base, and help standardize PSH processes. Collaborate across HR: partner with TA Services, HRIS, Reward, Payroll, and local HR teams to complete AMER activities within the global model. Protect data & compliance: follow governance, privacy, and audit requirements.What will help you succeed Asystematic, organizedapproach with strong attention to detail. Comfort working infast‑paced, global environments and communicating clearly in writing. Passion foroperational excellence,process discipline, andtechnology‑enabledsolutions.Requirements 3–5 yearsinHR operations/shared servicesor similar administrative roles. Advanced English;Spanishrequired.Portuguesefor ticket handling isdesirable. Hands‑on experience withSuccessFactors (Employee Central)and HR lifecycle actions. Experience withticketing workflows;Zendeskexperience ispreferred. Proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland Office. Relevant education (Business Administration, Human Resources) or equivalent experience. Familiarity withAmericas Region HR practicesand operating within aglobal processframework.Nice to Have SuccessFactorsemployee central system managementexperience. Exposure toprocess automationand continuous improvement. SOP/knowledge base maintenance and data quality controls.Why you and us?
