We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical recruitment for diverse IT roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of local talent markets, and experience working with global teams. 4–8 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in Mexico. ~ Strong knowledge of Boolean search strings, sourcing strategies, and social recruiting. ~ Experience hiring for roles like Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, and Project Managers. ~ Familiarity with Spanish and English communication for global coordination. ~ Proficiency in ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards. ~ Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (contract and permanent). Source candidates via Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit; Maintain ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment standards. Build a strong pipeline of IT talent for future needs.
