The position plays a key role instrengthening corporate security, mitigating operational risks, and safeguarding strategic business resources.Key Responsibilities Supervise themanagement, traceability, and protection of all company assets(equipment, tools, materials, and logistics resources). Design and implementAsset Management and Asset Protection strategiesfocused on minimizing losses, theft, and material damage. Control the entry and exit of materials, ensuring proper documentation and traceability within digital systems. Create and manageQR code labelsfor real-time tracking and control of company assets. Conductperiodic audits and inventory reconciliations, verifying the existence, condition, and depreciation of assets. Enforcephysical and operational security protocolsin compliance with corporate policies. Supervise and train both internal and external security personnel in asset control and loss prevention procedures. Performreal-time operational monitoringthrough CCTV, alarms, and digital patrol systems to detect and report incidents. Investigate losses or irregularities and developcorrective and preventive action plans. Collaborate with departments such asLogistics, Procurement, Audit, and Legalto strengthen the company’s patrimonial control framework.Requirements Education:Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Security, Logistics, or a related field. Experience:Minimum 2 years in patrimonial control, asset management, industrial security, o Loss Prevention. Knowledge in: Comprehensive asset management and inventory protection. Physical and digital reconciliation and auditing processes. Physical security, access control, and patrol supervision. Electronic systems (CCTV, alarms, GPS, digital rounds).
