In this role you will support overall recruiting efforts, including resume collection, interview scheduling and logistics, room booking, candidate travel (as needed), candidate expenses, and offer preparation.This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the office. There is no option to work fully remote.Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, zoom calls, and internal meetings. Post and maintain job openings in our applicant tracking system and internal and external career sites. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus (Workday) Experience in a global corporate organization is a plus.
