Qualifications (Including US Eligibility Requirements) •Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico. •At least 2 years of full-time clinical experiencein anacute or hospital bed setting. • Strong clinical and communication skills. • Willing to relocate and work full-time in the US.US Eligibility Requirements (Required or Willing to Complete) • Must have arecognized nursing degreeequivalent to a US Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or its comparable credential. • Must complete acredential evaluationthrough a US-approved agency (CGFNS or equivalent). • Must pass theNCLEX-RN examination(or be willing to take it). • Must meetEnglish proficiency requirements(IELTS Academic or TOEFL iBT—depending on state requirements). • Eligible to obtain aVisaScreen® Certificationfor US immigration. • Must qualify forUS State Board of Nursing licensure. • Willing to comply with all US immigration and deployment processes.
