Their role is to perform basic administrative duties, receiving, recording, and transmitting information and required documentation Role and responsibilities: 1. Attend the switchboard 2. Report the Official Gazette exchange rate 3. Liaise with DHL Courier, review invoices, and deliver packages 4. Receive visitors and suppliers 5. Prepare protective equipment for visitors and confidentiality agreements 6. Prepare meeting rooms with coffee breaks and other necessary items 7. Monitor the order and control of the Culinary Kitchen 8. Maintain the meeting room calendar 9. Update the extension list 10. Coordinate transportation for visitors 11. Support the Commercial Director and Operational Director with billing 12. Coordinate audits 13. Review INFOMX email 14. Monitor Nestlé coffee and vending machines 15. Organize and execute recurring or one time plant events 16. Support other administrative activities as needed Key ingredients: High School degree Spanish fluency required Intermediate English required Good command of Windows computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
