We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist focused on Demand & Lead Generation to help us consistently get in front of the right buyers and convert interest into qualified sales conversations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, growth, and revenue . You’ll own outbound-led demand programs, prospect targeting, and warm lead generation that directly fuels our sales pipeline. This is not a brand-only or content-only marketing role . It’s a hands-on execution role for someone who wants clear ownership over pipeline creation and revenue impact. What You’ll Do Build and execute demand generation campaigns to drive qualified sales conversations Run targeted outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and light calling Develop and manage outreach sequences and follow-up workflows Identify, research, and prioritize ideal customer profiles Track and optimize performance across outreach channels Maintain clean lead data and reporting within CRM Partner closely with sales to refine messaging and conversion Develop content that provides a clear and concise value proposition and tells our story What Success Looks Like Sales calendars stay consistently full with qualified meetings Strong show rates driven by effective follow-up Outbound activity creates warm inbound momentum Clear, measurable impact on pipeline and revenue, increasing conversion rates Consistent daily execution and ownership of results  What You Bring 2+ years experience in demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing Demonstrated success generating qualified leads or meetings Strong written communication and messaging skills Comfort executing outbound outreach and handling objections Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools Ability to work independently and manage performance against goals High Proficiency in English required Apply by emailing
