Nexteer Automotive is looking for a Senior HRBP to join our team and support our manufacturing plants in Ciudad Juárez. This is a strategic role where you’ll partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 Environmental standards, and the Nexteer Production System (NPS) . As a Senior HRBP, you will: ✔Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies for critical roles. ✔Manage headcount planning and budget alignment. ✔Lead employee engagement programs and organize cultural events that strengthen our workplace. ✔Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and resolving conflicts effectively. ✔Implement performance management processes and analyze HR KPIs to improve organizational health. ✔Champion diversity, inclusion, safety, and well-being initiatives. What we’re looking for: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. ✔ 5+ years of HR experience in automotive or manufacturing environments. ✔ Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices. ✔ Leadership, negotiation, and strategic influence skills. ✔ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
