Where You’ll Make a Difference • Lead commercial activities for fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based ingredients across Mexico & LATAM. • Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in bakery, dairy, confectionery, and processed foods. • Provide technical support based on customer formulations, processes, and production needs. • Conduct product trials, demos, and technical training with clients and internal teams. • Collaborate with Applications R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain. • Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions for clients. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term account growth. • Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and performance reports. • Lead market intelligence efforts to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth segments.
