Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Guadalajara, JAL, for a Billing and Collections Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include managing billing processes, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring accurate invoicing. The role involves handling debt collection activities, maintaining records, resolving payment discrepancies, and providing an elevated level of customer service to clients. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze financial data to enhance the efficiency of the collections process. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess accounts, generate reports, and ensure accurate billing processes. Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection to manage accounts receivable and execute efficient payment recovery procedures. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and resolve payment issues professionally and efficiently. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in using billing software are highly beneficial. Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with financial or accounting principles is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
