We are #Hiring for a IT FINANCE/SOURCING: Project Manager – (Remote) (10+ years) - Costa Rica, Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico – Contract – Remote role - (LATAM) IT FINANCE/SOURCING: Project Manager – (Remote) Costa Rica, Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico - (LATAM) Remote 12+ Months Contract Summary The IT Project Manager will lead and support G&A IT, FINANCE/SOURCING projects and work streams for the G&A IT: FINANCE/SOURCING organization, based in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of managing IT projects in a large scale, fast-paced working environment. This internal client-facing role will drive planning and execution of medium and large-scale projects for the FINANCE/SOURCING portfolio across various platforms. This role will take direction from the IT Director of G&A IT: FINANCE/SOURCING and will report into the Portfolio Management for G&A IT. Regeneron project standards and processes will be followed to ensure that a well governed and controlled implementation approach is adhered to. Role and Responsibilities • Strong background in SDLC and Project Management Principles (Project Planning, Project requirements, Project Estimating, Resource Management, Scheduling and Controlling, Facilitation, Risk Management, Procurement, Reporting Status, and Change Management Familiarity in Project/Program Management toolset, including financial systems and other key technologies • Responsible for project oversight, execution, and controls • Develops project plan/schedules • Contributes to project initiation, scope definition and scope control • Drives tasks to completion and maintain schedules • Prepares project status reports for PMO and/or stakeholders • Provide project status, anticipate challenges, communicate dependencies, issues and risks • Supervises project team to successful project completion • Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide consistent and collaborative project delivery • Tracks progress and adherence to plan for scope, budget, and schedule. • Ensure the quality and on time delivery of technical implementation projects with supporting deliverables and artifacts • Drive discovery phase to gather initial requirements and business goals • Establish business case to justify investments required • Establish project plan and cost estimates and manage delivery to ensure that goals and value propositions are met in line with original estimates • Oversee 3rd party vendor resources to deliver on day-to-day execution • Complete lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of each delivered project with a focus on continuous service improvement Interested?
